        <procdesc>The aerial photographs taken in March 1951 were printed on 9x9 inch paper, and later scanned at 1200 dpi using Epson Expression 1640XL (flatbed scanner). The scanned aerial photograph was then georeferenced either to Mercer county 2000 Department of Transportation road file or to the Delware Valley Regional Planning Commission's 2000 Mercer County digital orthophotograhy, using ArcView 3.2a  Image Analysis extension software.  More than four recognizible street intersections were selected to register the scanned image. 
The aerial photographs are in the New Jersey State Plane coordinate system, NAD 83.</procdesc>
